Default generator help model W3S-250

I have a Fairbanks Morse electric plant that seems to be manufactured by Onan. I was hoping to get a wiring schematic and some general instructions on operating. I have had the engine running and it produces 110 volts but the relays do not seem to work properly. Most of the wiring to relays is in bad shape. The electrical panel has a start and stop button with a 15 amp, amp guage and an adjustable riostat that I assume is for charging battery.

Electric plant information on tag
Model w3S-250 serial 36.279465
AC volts 115 KVA 3 Watts3000
PF 1 Amps 26 Cycle 60 Phase 1
DC volts 15 Amps 10 Watts 150
RPM 1800 GEN NO. 254408 Gen data 5039
use 12 volt battery
Thanks Dan

Probably a simply typographic error, but do note the amps is 26 not 126.
