Default We saved another one!

I got this engine from this gentleman yesterday. He had built skids out of hard maple thinking they would last. Well maple doesn't like moisture. His wife wouldn't let him hook it up to propane. She was afraid he would blow himself up. By the time we got it loaded on the trailer the skid was done. I guess I know what the next project is. That is my father on the left with the ball cap on, the other gentleman is the one who sold it to me,

Looks like a 9" X 12" 763 cubic incher. Too bad the serial number is obliterated. Most likely on a Struthers Wells bed, it's a #218 9". Nice engine. Good runners! Did you get the hot tube chimney and associated parts?

Brian, All the gentleman had was a new hot tube. So I will be needing a chimney, and all the pieces to make it operate.
