Default Not an engine, but... a Cool Old Pumpjack

Was looking over some production we just acquired, found this in the bottom of a hollow. Would have been neat to see what originally powered it.

Cool indeed. I wish more of the old jacks were saved. I have seen many cut up and scrapped.

Im not 100 percent sure, but it looks like an Oilwell Supply Co. pumpjack. The copies from an old catalog of theirs shows one that is very similar, and those were powered by vertical engines that look like Novos of various sizes. Very neat jack! Thank you for sharing.
