Default Lister L 5hp @450rpm Central West NSW Newbie

Hi fellow Smokstakers,
Firstly, let me introduce myself. My name is Benno and I reside on a sleepy little property not far from Dubbo central NSW. I am 39 and over the past 12 months I have taken quite an interest in vintage stationary engines.
In that time I have purchased 3 Listers - a 6hp CS Diesel, 3.5hp AK Junior and last week a 5hp L series. I truly enjoy the simplicity and remarkable engineering of these engines. The reason for the interest in Lister engines is they are common and quite cheap and I grew up around shearing sheds and large properties for most of my earlier years.
For me, all my work bringing these (or trying) to life is a pure solo effort. My mates would rather tinker with their cars, and nobody else around here seems to interested. So, that leads me to joining the Smostak forum. Initially I was very hesitant, as I do not prefer social media, but Smokstak usually comes up when I am searching for a part or I am looking for advice on google.
OK , now that I have that out of the way, the reason I have started this thread is I need help with my latest purchase the Lister 5hp L. So calling all Lister guru's.....
Long story short. It's an older restoration and an ex-rally/show machine, been painted all pretty in green, on transport with cooling tank, and really looks the part. The main issue is that she's tired. Very tired. Compression is non existant. When I got her home, I checked valves and seats hoping it was a stuck valve or dirty seat, but no, so the cylinder was removed and it was found to have excessively worn rings. I wasn't expecting a 5.5" bore, I thought it would of been the same as the CS 6 at 4.5". Cylinder and piston are great.
Worn rings, gee this will be an easy fix....
5 days of searching, contacting Lister parts suppliers here down under and UK- no luck.
Rob at old timer engines (a fantastic guy to deal with) suggested this site and an older contact that I tried - no luck and possibly no longer available.
So, is there anybody at all that has or knows where I could locate a set - I am willing to pay good money. Alternatively I may need to get these made from a manufacturer but I will require the exact ring and cylinder specifications in order to have these made in which I can't find anywhere, and I don't have accurate enough tooling yet to measure myself.
Thankyou all who have taken the time to read this and with any luck someone, somewhere may be able to help me bring another engine back to life.
