Don't understand your question. What are you trying to do. 55KW is hardly a portable generator. If you want to be able to run it. Just flip the switch to RUN. It will do the rest.

To make it excited ALL of the time, put a nice photo of a classic Kohler with the cowl doors open in front of it.

At this point, there is no way to tell what you may have done incorrectly.

Please answer these questions-

(1) Did you see the generator produce voltage when it was wired for 3 phase?

(2) What reference material did you use to determine your wiring for single phase?

(3) When you started the set up after rewiring, did the engine labor at any time?

(4) Did you record the original wiring scheme, so you might return it to the previous 3 phase condition?

Your wiring should look like this. Be sure to move wire 63 to H5. Are you checking voltage at L1/L2 or just using the meters

Are use the schematic that's inside the panel behind the breaker I did change the war in the control panel behind the gauges but there is a jumper wire going from age 3 to 63 I disconnected the 63 side of the jumper wire no I did not ever see this generator make voltage after I got it home

No the generator has never labeled like it's got a loadall the wars that went to the remote for inside the house and all the wires that went to the transfer switch the small wires have got wire twist nights on all of them

I did move the wire to h5 what is the jumper wire for that goes from h3 to63 for

When I got the generator it was wired like number three colony on the wiring diagram I rewired it to diagram one

Wire 63 goes on terminal 63. With the jumper wire going to H5. Jumper to H3 is for another voltage.120/208 3 phase which you have changed. You no longer need H3. The jumper from 63 will now go to H5
