Photo Bench Grinder vintage

Hi Guys,
I have attached some photos of an early bench grinder, and would like to know if any one knows any thing about it, Manufacture and date, it has white metal bearings which is fed by an oil reservoir, it has a cast iron base and a small flat belt pulley.
