Default McCulloch BP1 mixture setting

I finely got my throttle plate issue fixed, made some intake gaskets. Before I reinstall the carb i want to set the high mixture. Does 1 1/2 turns out sound about right? Also what is a good fuel oil ratio, 20 to 1 i believe is what is recommended, but wasn't that with good old 30 wt oil? I am working on a equally old 2 cycle outboard with the same issue. Thanks for the help.
