Default Help i.d. iron horse

Hi all.Would like to idenitfy the model series of an iron horse i bought on ebay.It's missing the tag and i hope to find one for it sooner or later.Any clues?

Scott,
There is some pretty good information on Johnson Iron Horse engines on the ASECC site. I have met the guy who provided it in Portland some years ago and he knows a lot about these engines.
You can see what is there at Iron Horse Data

same carb same tank same exhaust looks just the same
model no x5oo serial number on mine is d6211 hope this helps
