Default Need a Kerosene Tank for a 1919 Fordson F Serial Number 62601

Hallo

i am looking for a one hole fuel tank for my fordson F 1919. i keep on finding them in threads from a few years back but nothing recent.

i have a reproduction two chamber tank on top, and i dont really want to spend money on something that isnt completely right.

does anyone know of anyone with a tank that would fit my tractor?

Do you have pictures of the tank, more than likely we can make it.

Thanks, Bob

It sounds like what you need is a "Henry Ford & Son" fuel tank. These had the one fuel cap in the center of the tank and "Henry Ford & Son" stamped in the end as shown in the attachment.
They can be a little hard to find.

Hi, thanks for the replies. Yes, i need the henry ford and sons tank. i have a reproduction on mine at the moment, and it had a reproduction blank tank on it when i bought it. not a very good reproduction..... the only thing that resembles the old tank is the oval shape. havent been able to find anyone that can make a really good reproduction....
