I bought Two autographed with nice jackets on ebay. I gave one away. Very interesting book. The sudden stop of work on the direct jet powered boat engines is unexplained and more technical information on design details of the Oilpull engines and carburetors could have been provided.
The three patents available on carburetors give very good details, though. I found out some things which I didn't know on the early B, E & F carbs. I've found nothing on earliest B or prototype carb. We plan on going through the late F carb this year at the Rock River Show with the details shown on the patent in mind. We never had the built in internal pump working right and always started by dumping gasoline in the rear section with resulting either popping, flooding or carb fires until switching to oil or alcohol fuel.
