If anyone has an extra room at one of the Hotels in Crosby that they are not going to use please let me know as a couple of tractor friends are considering coming to the show. I have had my room booked for 10 months.

Looking forward to the show and the IHC feature.

Hi Guys

Crosby was busy today! Took the case car for a drive! Stood the wind charger tower up. The wind Charger generator is all ready to put up once the tower is cemented in. Some of the tractors are out. It will soon be show time!

While we were moving cars along some tourists from Alberta stopped in with their two kids. I showed them around through a couple buildings of cars......They said "that was the highlight of their trip"! They were very impressed!

As I mentioned in another thread. I received a Private Message from fellow stackers that are coming to the show from England. I will tour them around on Friday of the show.

The show attracts visitors from all over the world!

Do they need volunteers to help drive some of the tractors through the parade? I would really love to drive one of the hart Parr 30-60s.

That's up to John, He determines who drives the units. Best if one knows something about the engine they want to operate. If not, team up with one of the regular operators and learn. That way no one gets hurt and the tractors don't get damaged, darn hard to get parts for most of them, and no one wants any spectators getting hurt. While most anyone can handle a Farmall or Deere, some of those primitive early units are quite complicated!

I hear you there. I drive a lot of Doug Janzens tractors at our local show in Sturgis SD. Rumely E, F and his Rumely Gas Pull. They're definitely fun to drive but also a handful at times.
