Default Possible IHC Mogul Type C Wheels and Axle

Bought these under a sorghum mill I purchased the guys over on the steamer forum think they belong to a mogul and i found one online that really looks like the wheels and axles. Anymore help on positive identification would be appreciated. Would also like to know an approximation value a guy from the auction has first chance at them but I have no idea what they are even worth if anything. Plus if they do belong to one of these tractors I would love to see it put back to use thanks for any help.

IHC wheels i have seen, have 18 spokes with square heads ,
Also the hub caps dust shield is part of the hub cap on IHC ,
What is the Diameter of your wheels and width ?
Also is there a part # on the hub ?

They're 7.5 inches wide and roughly 40 inches tall I haven't been able to locate a part number on them. Thanks for the info
