Default zolfo spring question

i have been going to zolfo on and off for about 20 years, spending a day or two there and then heading back up to daytona for a day or two of bike week. i can spend the better part of a day looking at exhibits then walk the show again the next day and see stuff i missed before.there used to be lots of engine and parts venders, some of whom i know have pulled out. this year we got in around 10:00 a.m. thursday and by noon had pretty well seen what there was to see. there were more empty spaces in the display area than i have ever seen before. what has happened? is zolfo on the skids, or has the fort meade show stolen all their thunder? it was hardley worth the extra milage down. if things are going down hill i don,t think i'll be back,

Default Re: zolfo spring question

By Friday noon there were a lot more displays there than there were Thursday. There were not as many as last year, but a GOOD show none-the-less. My guess is that the price of gasoline and diesel have taken their toll on Zolfo, just the way that it has on many other shows. I'll drive the 2400 miles for it again next year! Dave
