It was a Twentieth Century engine. I've seen that side view, and also a rear view of the same engine. Don't know any more details past that, though.

Nice comfortable looking operators station. Apparently it was built as a haulage engine or road locomotive rather than a general purpose or farm engine. The wheels may have carried extra water for long overland journeys.
