Default Old Lapping Compound

I have this antique tin full of lapping compound and out of simple curiosity want to know what's on the label as it shows a T head cylinder. Anyone know what engine is pictured?

Most likely it's a generic drawing. But the Palmer marine engines were made like that. Ron

That can is in remarkably good condition. Maybe you should consider a small display case in your shop, filled with such things.

^ It's in the curio cabinet in the dining room. Once in a while I use a touch of it to lap something. I'll mix the powder with a few drops of 90 weight and man that stuff really cuts.

I'm not really sure what use you had in mind, but it sounds irritating......
