Kitchen gadget for commercial kitchen. Pineapple peeler? Don't think so.

No name on it? It sure looks commercial kitchen. Base is the same as a pineapple cutter.

Hello all
I'm going pineapple peeler
Lay the pineapple in the cradle and pull the handle over. Rotate the pineapple and pull again.
