Black Screens on the Stak
Why is it that when I see many posts with videos, that only a black screen shows unless a link is included in the post? Many are only a few months old. is there a time limit on video posting, or is it a local problem? The library computer uses Windows 7 professional and IE. Google chrome won't open the Stak. me, the stak or the server?

You might give a link to the affected page.
Otherwise, you might need a flash plug-in for your web browser, also Javascript.

I get the same thing with IE 11 on the youtube links But Chrome opens them just Fine.
