Default Opportunity to buy two wisconsin engines, but what is a fair price?

I have a chance at buying two wisconsin engines from a friend at school, they are farm fresh but do turn over. The bigger of the two: AEH is model size 3 x 3 1/4 serial is 1156465 cant read what 22086 is. 22086 is below the bore and stroke

The smaller: AKN is model size is 2 7/8 x 2 3/4 serial 1477247_
And 63188 is under bore and stroke but again I cant read what it is.
What is the value of these two engines?

This site:

http://my.att.net/p/s/community.dll?...pid=256080&ck=

will give you a lot of information about these engines.

Stuck engines I usually give $20.00 to $30.00 each IF all the parts are there and they show no significant external rust. If the spark plug is missing the price goes down quick.

Also depends on how many of that model I already have on the shelf and if it has extras such as a clutch or reduction gear attached.

The gas tank for the AEH can be hard to find/expensive. Based on your description, if they are engines you want, maybe be $30 - $40 for the little one, $50 - $60 for the AEH. It seems to vary a lot by location though. They are both fun, simple engines to play with.

Id say 50-60 is fair. I got my AHH free. It turned over with no compression, very minimal rust due to a crap tastic paint job. Which was a pain to bead blast off of the baffling.

Don't give too much for them. They are a great running engine and are very well built but they are very hard to get rid of. My friend had 7 of them for $400.00 and got no bites on them. If you want them for your collection I would say $50.00 for both.
