I am looking at the NH parts manual and seeing a piece that runs down in front of the fan shroud with a flange on one end to bolt to the manifold. Part #154-1578. Is this what you are needing?

Looking at 940-0222 it would be 154-2167 that I am looking for, but it is the short piece in front of the fan shroud with a flange that the muffler slips onto.

Pulled up your link and at the bottom eBay provided another auction for a pack of 12 and free shipping. Each price is $1.50.

I used some on my JB and I have used a few on other applications. VERY well made.

Hello, I've noticed you have a lot of Onan generator parts. I am trying to track down a carburetor for an older air cooler 4 cylinder unit. Any chance you have one? Used is fine too.

Model: 15jc 3R . 1H
Serial: 83c728727

Carb. 141-0686
Then superseded by 141-0877

TLB I have the genhead cover from a 15Kw magneciter MDJF, it is a bit rusty but would clean up. PM me if interested. It is yours for the shipping cost or come pick it up if you want to BS a while. Cheers Dan

Will check the schedule. Can you PM me a pic of it? I have a lesser need for the belt guard too. Not as important as I might add an alternator anyway to drive the fans.

Looks like I need at least 2 of the through bolts for a 15k Mag head. Snapped the ends off two of them. That or a good source for new ones. Rust sucks.

Get yourself a brass hammer and bolts that are stuck you can give them a wack on the top head of the bolt with some penetrating oil. Remember that a lot of those fasteners haven't been moved in 50+ years.

Yup. Been whacking em. Soaking them in penetrating oil. Heating them up with a propane torch. Using a makita impact driver sparingly. All the usual tricks. Still been breaking some. I just wonder if All Thread can be used to replace the two broken threaded end studs. They seem to be an odd ball size of like 13 inches in length.
