Photo Wheelbarrow cart identity sought.....

I was just wondering if this was an engine cart that somebody recognised or is it just a generic pair of wheels under some wood ? There are no markings on the wheels that I could see.

Hi, Andrew, it is an IHC Mogul wheelbarrow cart. I may be interested in it if you plan to part with it and could find a ride to Coolspring in October. Thanks, Jason.
