Default S.M. Jones Hot Tube Stove and Chimney

I've had patterns made and have cast up new hot tube stoves and chimneys for Jones engines. They are exactly as the originals, cast from fine grained cast iron, and come machined and complete ready to install and light up. All Jones engines took the same stove and chimney. Does anyone have a need of these parts for their Jones? Best to all,-John

I will be contacting you John. I have a 10 HP that I'll be boring and sleeving sometime soon and needs the correct chimney.

Greetings All, Received a new burner and chimney from John for my 20 H.P. 1898 Acme. It is an incredibly well done reproduction. Quality second to none! If you need one I would highly recommend purchasing one from Mr. Neagley. Enuf Said

Hello all. This is my 10 HP. Jones that I used to take to shows until the pitted cylinder got too sloppy for the piston. It has not run for about 25 years now. I finally talked a friend into boring and sleeving it soon and have talked with John Neagley about the correct chimney, so I am hoping to having it running again in the near future. It has a number of 1089 on the tag and John thought it may be a 1904-05. A lot of people gave me nice compliments at the shows. It is a nice size engine. I live in the Ohio river valley and back in 1994 the river crested at 44 ft and flooded the barn with the Jones and other machinery in it. That is the mud you see on it in the pics. I would like to hear from others who have a engine like this one. Chris Barth Newport OH.

Bob: Luke Wagner has the Reid hot tube parts you seek. I bought them from him for my 15 HP Reid and they are nice pieces. His email is mvolks@verizon.net
