Default Trademark or logo

Is anyone familiar with a mark of a circle with an I super
imposed on a H. Similar to the IHC, but a circle instead of the C?

It is on the ripper at the rear of the Buffalo Springfield gas roller. The tall bar is a support for the cylinder.

As we were working on the roller Monday, I reached above the front roller and started cleaning a "shelf" which was full of debris. Among the debris was a 6by 8 inch name tag. It was for the scarifier made by Bufflo Springfield. Now we are wondering if the supports might have been made in Ohio. The previous pic shows a circle with hi inside. O. hi. O. Perhaps.
