Default Myrick 4 hp

Did the myrick H 4hp have a grease cup or a drip oiler on the fan? Mine has a grease cup. I just saw one with a drip oiler.Which one is right or both?

Period photos show a grease cup....if the grease I'd too thick and the belt is loose, the fans tend to run slow. I believe this may be why some use oilers. OTO, an oiler will allow you to run longer unattended... I've used both but tend towards the grease cups.

Oilers are way too messy. Oil spray comes off the fan and gets all over anything or anybody near it. Grease cup is miles ahead better.
