Default Need help establishing value........

First of all, I hope I'm not violating any of Harry's forum rules!

I need help establishing the value of my Jensen pump jack that I acquired in a trade some years ago. I don't remember the model number as it's stored right now, but it's about 5 feet high to the pivot and has a stack of about 20 cast iron weights with it. There is no cable or "yoke" on the head. I opened the gear box and it looks to be in excellent, oily shape with nice gear teeth, so a wire brushing and paint should make it usable on a well (or to run at a show). One of the cast iron motor mounts is cracked, but could be replaced with a simple piece of angle iron. All in all, it's in good condition...just needs paint.

Basically, I want to sell this thing in order to finance another project but have no idea what a "medium" size jack is worth. I want to be fair, but not give it away either. Oh, I'm in northeastern California, up by the Oregon border if that affects anything.

Anyone care to give me an estimate with the info provided?

Thanks! George
