Default Montgomery Ward Portable Agitator Questions

My bride and I stopped in to a local antique store today and found this cute little agitator. I don't know anything about them, I was wondering if anyone else had seen one like it. I also bought a maytag butter churn and an ice breaker. Not a bad day.

You have the top part of a " Portable Washing Machine." Several companies made those, but they all seem to be about the same. What you have sits on a small tub, locks down , & washes a small load of clothes. Here is a video.
