8" Id and up. Last year I sleeved a 20 Hp PA. Olin with had a 10.750 bore and 32" long. Had to make the sleeve. I did it in 2 pieces but still that's a lot of metal to throw out since the cast tube was around 5/8" wall. Nice job on the 118. Rob

Has anyone here tried hydraulic cylinder tubing for the old engines, I've heard of people using it, never tried it. I know it's not cast but it may be an option for hobby engines.

One of the reasons I quit doing Ajax was I couldn’t find the sleeve anymore. Used to get from Versnick but they went out of business years ago. Last 8 1/2” sleeve I got from them was $300 for the material.

Would you like for me to quote you an 8”. I think they are 22” long.
