Default Witte BD Nozzle Holder Removal Tips n Tricks Desired

I would like to remove the American Bosch injection nozzle holder from my Witte BD. No problem removing the two nuts on the studs that are in the nozzle holder adapter, or the two nuts on the studs that are in the cylinder head, but I can't budge either the holder or the adapter.

Engine probably hasn't run, or had those parts removed for at least 15 years.

Would welcome any ideas on how to get them out to soak, clean, verify nozzle spray pattern, and clean carbon out of the air cell. Have tried penetrate and gentle tapping, prying, but can't really get any leverage going in the right direction.

To my fellow Stakers,

If interested in the solution, see Combustors suggestions and how they worked over on the Vintage Diesels and Oil Engines Forum.
