Default Miller Big 30A

I picked up a Miller Big 30A welding machine, I think early 90's vintage. It was going to scrap, went under water in flood 2 years ago. Someone had drained the crankcase and filled the Deutz engine with Diesel. I drained and filled with oil, drained the fuel tank, replaced filters. Had to remove the fuel cut solenoid to get it started, replaced and it now starts and runs. The generator produces 130 vac, 61 cycles. The welding machine isn't producing. Is there a trouble chart available for these machines? There's a voltage control knob for the welder, I would think this would excite it, goes through a circuit board. It's amazing how quick the engine starts cold with no glow plugs.
