Jack, I wasn't going to reply because I have my opinion on your bidding practices and it's not going to change, BUT just now I went back and looked at the current bids on the 35. Only 6 minutes after making your above post, you went and bid $1000 and retracted, then a day later you bid $999.99 (one penny less).

I bid 1000.00 but then after realizing you and Cody were talking about me, decided to retract my bid. The next day I figured I don't really care. You guys can talk all you want. I'm only interested in the steam engines. I'll bid on what I want and in the manner I want.

This doesn't make sense because your post #19 was made 1/9/19 at 9:12 pm cst

Your $1000 bid was placed 1/9/19 at 9:18 pm cst - 6 minutes after your post defending yourself on smokstak, meaning you already knew I was talking about your bid and you retracted it 1 minute later 9:19 pm cst

Then placed the $999.99 bid the following day
