Default Perkins 3.5HP identification

Hi, We were just donated at the Cowichan Bay Maritime Centre a small single cylinder Perkins. Looks like it may have powered a generator or water pump.

The question is where might I find a manual for it. Problem is the Model number tags and ID are gone...just has Perkins and 3.5 HP.

I will enclose a picture https://www.smokstak.com/forum/attac...1&d=1526537849
