Default Easy Washer Info Needed

Picked up an easy motor engine # 19735 that has pit metal flywheel
A broken carb of course,no kick start(may rig a rope start).Gotter pretty much apart but stopped for now as I'm into timing gears.I noticed a mark on each gear that never line up so either it was timed wrong or.I have a book but it doesn't get into engine to any detail. Can anyone PDF me a better manual.Engine seems to be in good overall condition. Thanks in advance

I don't think you will have much luck finding a manual and if you do it probably won't have to info you are looking for anyway. Time it without the marks. The exhaust valve should close just before TDC and open just before BDC.

Guess ill make my own timing marks just to make it easier.I'll assume the small flex tube goin to carb is crankcase is a breather kinda innovative for the time period.I see why all the carbs break on these with the way its hooked up,lotta vibes there.I plan on adapting a Briggs wmb carb and mounting tank.I was hopin to fix carb but too many broken pieces and findin a good carb is pretty rare,ya it wont be OEM but it'll run,I think

Gotter all apart today its in good shape.Musta been bored at one time as piston says .20.Gotta address the lower connecting rod bearing as there's abit of play there and polish up bearing surfaces.Wrist pins in good shape though.I did find a casting date on'er "29".Made my own timing marks as the ones there didn't mate at the rite place.Took my dremel and ground off one of the marks.Checked it a few times to make sure it worked out each time.
