Default Early Waterloo Contract engine, Waterloo Gasoline Engine Co. or Waterloo Boy?

I picked this early Waterloo engine up the other day and don't know what it is, either a Early Contract Waterloo engine or Possibly the tag had Waterloo Gasoline Engine Company on it or even Possibly Waterloo Boy? Either way its still a nice early engine. The Tag has a 4 digit number on it but you can't see a number on either end of the crankshaft,Also the repo tag has 2 Hp and I know for sure it's at least a 2 1/2 Hp engine, the other thing I'm not sure about is the long end of the crankshaft and pulley? Does anyone have a Waterloo engine with the long side of the crank on the igniter side and pulley there?

I would say it's a Waterloo Boy because it has the gear driven governor, all the contract engines I know of has the flywheel type flyweight governor. The crankshaft shield looks like Associated but still a nice engine, Jim
