34th Annual Steam and Gas Heritage Show

Time: 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Location: Lindsay Central Exhibition/Fairgrounds (354 Angeline St. South, Lindsay)
Cost: $8 adult
An exibition of vintage tractors, steam and gas engines, historic vehicles, antiques and early trades. This year the show features John Deere tractors, implements and memorabilia. Society members will be involved in timber sawing, shingle making, threshing, and rope making. The event also features a senior open tractor pull and a parent-supervised junior tractor pull. Entertainment on Saturday will include Touch of Class Cloggers, The Downeyville Fiddlers, Country Sunshine, Andrew and Diana Dawydcha, Ottawa Valley Fiddlers and Stepdancers, and James Barker. Entertainment on Sunday includes Andrew and Diana Dawydchak, Ottawa Valley Fiddlers and Stepdancers, Dave Barber, the Clogging Grandmothers, the L'll Big Band, and In The Meantime. Also featuring a silent auction, flea market, craft show, children's centre and parade of equipment.
