Default Unknown Mixer

Can someone identify this mixer for me? I got it with the wrong engine.
Thanks. It has the part no. NC13A.

I just noticed something interesting about this mixer.
The brass knob on the side rotates the choke shutter.
The jet is in line with the input fitting and a fixed size with no provision for an adjusting needle.

The mixer looks like the one on my 3 1/2 hp New Way.

The mixer is the same as i have on my 4hp new way horizontal.
