Need ID Help - Octagonal Base Dynamo

Default Need ID Help - Octagonal Base Dynamo

No markings whatsoever.
Used to have a 4 bolt tag on one side.
Crowned pulled with weighted flywheel.

Pics attached

Anyone ever seen one like this before

Very cool. Love the open design and the flat belt drive. Sorry canít help identify it though. Looks like The commutator is in good shape.

Looks similar to a Fairbanks-Morse I had. Have you tried to spin it up yet? Looks like it should put out OK. Could be 32 or 110 DC from the looks of it. Tough to tell without the ID plate.

It would be a bit of a process, but a little experimentation would reveal it's voltage and rated speed, especially since we know it's likely a standard as mentioned. To me it looks like 40 volt (32 volt battery).
