I leave the antifreeze in the engine year round. It is the same as is used in cars. I prefer the regular ethylene glycol formula (the older type).

for oil I now use 15W20 but thats way to thin, I heard two things SEA 30 or 20W50 mineral oil I like the last one because it comes in a vintage tin can. But I sertainly want to have te best oil for the engine.

Thank you Jeremy I have find a single grade sae 30 that works great. I had some trouble with the drip oiler because of some dirt and corrosion I dissasambled it entirely and give it a good clean up.
The only thing I can't find in the manual is how many oil drips per minut The 3 hp needs I guess somewhere between 7 and 10 ?

Here is a new video of it https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EgtLViq_jEU

Thanks for your reply Ret af, older people always seem to love old technics because that's where they grow up with.
I hope more young people ( like myself) are going to love this old technics.

In the meanwhile I found a Fortuna hacksaw, so now I have something to play with
It is not running because the lower shaft berings are worn out and the alinement for the belt to the mainpully is a bit off.
