Default 20th John Deere M to roll down the line

I was cruising http://www.k-bid.com/ and saw what is advertised as serial number 10020 John Deere M. That puts it as the 20th one made. I don't do much Deere anymore, but it's going for $1500 right now and it's hammering down tomorrow night (April 13th). I cannot find a direct link, but go to the site, click "online now", and then search for "John Deere". Nice little tractor that I wish I could bid on...

Craig here.......there's a direct link >>> http://www.k-bid.com/cgi-bin/mnlist.cgi?klosteria289/1

Oh no. All the deere hunters will drive the price up to $20,000.00. Someone keep on top of this and let us know what the final price is

What makes the 20th one worth any more than the 157th one? Or the 3062nd one? First one or last one I understand.

Because they will say anything to make it SEEM more valuable.
NOBODY remembers #2 and nobody remembers 2nd to LAST.

I see it brought $2600.......pretty respectable.......
