Not demonstrator, if its a 49. Demonstrators were made in the first quarter of 1950. I see a ser. no. tag, that could be used to verify. Casting codes on a demo, could be late 49, but ser. # would have to be in the right range. Ed

Your right. It's a 1950.

Not all first quarter cubs were demonstrators. Within the ser.# range of 99536 and approx.106511, tractors were taken off the line, randomly, and painted white. A number within the range, AND evidence of white paint, are acceptable evidence, that it is a demo. (paint at joints between fender and floor pan, under hydraulics under battery box, etc., or white showing under peeling red paint) Ed

It was there but the tractor was completley redone. It was sandblasted down to bare metal. Everything was bare metal before it was primed and painted.
