Thumbs up 12 hp Economy Hit Miss price?

I've came across a 12 hp Economy hit miss missing the mag and carb. Says it turns free. What is a reasonable price?

what ever you care to pay for it. lets just say, its your decision. quite frankly sound to me like your trying to
sell something before you buy it.

A friend of mine sold two last year for $7500 ea. I would say anything under that would be a good deal.

some would pay a lot. I don't collect economy so I would not really want it. Thats how we figure out what its worth ... if you find what I LIKE the price on that engine goes up on that engine.

There are many people looking for a 12hp Herc or Econ engines. Why do you say a Wico one would be worth more? It wouldn't be any bigger even if it was rated at a 14hp. I think you might be the only one that would pay more for a wico model Chuck.

lol well I have had a few I suppose but when it is my money igniters are worth more on any engine including a 12hp Herc or 10hp M.... A bearded woman is much more rare than a hot blonde, depends on what you want I guess. An exception would be a sparkplug John Deere though.... ..

I think the hit and miss ones bring more than the throttle governed ones.Chip

I agree w/ Jon, and the only reason I believe it (EK) would go higher if someone wanted to finish off a collection. I believe the 2 cycle Superior is more rare than the 4 cylcle but I myself wouldnt pay more or the same for a 2cycle. Merry Christmas to all and happy healthy New Year!
