Another what is it question


This has been in the family for years, but unfortunately there is nobody who knows what it is LOL.

The cylinder part has the number 12 on it and the city it was made (I don’t have it here and don’t remember that city it was).

Anybody know what it was used for?

I believe it was used for sealing up the end of shotgun shells

Yes, Shotgun shell reloader (for the old paper shells I think). It would roll/crimp the ends. Kevin
