Default Wisconsin: is this shroud correct?

I don't know much about these, shroud seams difrent than others is it correct or maybe homade

That shroud is the correct early version. What is the serial number of that engine?

Could we see a close up of the tag? It is usually AD/AE or AF/AG/AH engines with that style shroud, that looks smaller.
