Saw this bandsaw and was told pre 1900s? Does anyone have any more info on what they think this might be?

I have the same saw but mine has hinged doors over each wheel and it is a Heston & Anderson. The wheel covers are cast aluminum with the name cast in the covers. It's old but don't know the year.

If you can live with the open frame (no kids around) that would look really pretty all painted up and maybe some pinstripes on it. My biggest worry would be a piece of cut off stock falling into the band wheel and becoming a projectile.
