The Corrigin museum held a small harvest day today.

This AL has very few hours on it, it was dropped somehow when it was delivered and always threw the belts. After a few seasons it was parked and eventually donated to the museum where the members got to and straightened it enough to perform demonstrations.

This is a JD 9750 with a 40’ front it is one of 4 belonging to a local farmer who donated part of the paddock ( a massive 10ac) for the day.

Looks like a good day out. Went to the Avondale harvest a few years ago, was a good day. I think i need to become a member of your club just to keep up with whats going on around the place.

What a great video. Was that a GM making all that noise at the beginning?
Towards the end of the video the chap on the back was winding a handle with great gutzo. Was this to just level the grain a bit in the hopper?

Cheers Scott
PS: how big was the rest of the paddock?

Nah inverter genset by my feet for the urn. And yes levelling the grain. Paddock is all of 10ac its a small bit at the back of the town oval. They cut 10ft strips for the AL and would have tidied it up with the johnny this arvo.
