Got that tape out of ERM in the 70s and may still have it somewhere..

but my wife ruled the roost - no motorcycles.
Harry, I was a daily MC rider from my teens to late 40s when I married, the bikes have not moved since.
I liked hit @ miss, cars and motorcycles, wife likes tractors and trucks.
I now collect mostly tractors and trucks... its a small consolation.

DAC.
Mine was a one kicker. I'd leave the throttle at idle stab it and it would take off.

People often flood old harleys then the saying comes true.
"You know a harley is going to start if the rider is stripped down to the waist from kicking."

I hated to get rid of my old flip phone a few months ago but my new smart phone takes much better pictures. I consider myself to be pretty smart and I've often said that "smart phones make dumb people" but it took me forfreakingever to download a photo from my phone to my computer. So maybe the phone really is smarter than me. So if I'm really smart or lucky, here's a photo of the '62 Panhead. And yes, I dropped it when I was rolling it off the trailer. Neither the bike nor I was harmed in the process. My 1944 HD WLA flathead was a total rebuild project. Hopefully I can get this one running fairly quickly.

I do it the lazy way instead of blue tooth syncing or cable connecting to the computer. Just attach the pics to an email and send it to yourself.

If it's huge files like a long video yeah, then I'll do the blue or cable connect.

Not a Pan......But my Heritage Soft tail Classic & its little friend, a '58 Cushman Eagle. My kids think I am to old to be on the Harley, but I ride it anyway. I'll be 71 in June & I know I make them nervous riding it, but not ready to give it up yet.

A good friend of mine, born in 1927 died last year from an illness, he was still riding his 70s era shovelhead up to the end.

Happy Easter All,
I hope the errant Chinese space station hasn't fallen and killed any of you. I was off work Good Friday and took the pistons out of the Panhead. Like my buddy had suspected, his dad had put high compression pistons in it back in the early 70's.. I don't want to go 100 MPH, I just want to be able to kick start it and ride slow on a 2 lane country road with no traffic. Low compression pistons are on order. This will not be a restoration. I just want it back together and running, looking more like an unrestored '62.
