Default John Deere No. 2 Restoration

Since info and pics are hard to come by on these unless you look very hard and know the right people, I decided to start a thread on my. Hopefully this can help others.

First batch of pics.

This is what it looked like when I brought it home. Obviously I'm missing alot but it was a very good price.

Glenn,
Yes it's a corn sheller should have specified. What I have was built from 1915-1931. What you have pictured is VERY rare. Thanks for the catalog cuts.

Thumbs up Re: John Deere No. 2 Restoration

Tim,

It is looking great,

Are you going to paint it or leave it this way.

It looks also awesome this way,

Chris

Chris ,
Unfortunately I'm missing so many castings and wood parts that it'll have to be painted.
