Default Onan 15.0JC-18R Control Box with Extra Relays

I just picked up the following electric plant
Model: Onan 15.0JC-18R/11917AA, serial number 1174884620
I am looking for a higher resolution scan of the wiring diagram for the control box and ignition than what is in the documents library. I want to put the wiring back to its original configuration, see below.
History: I was told it came out of a school it was set up for natural gas or LP and then migrated (no regulator with it) and sat from home garage to home garage to most recently my garage. I took the sheet metal off, pulled the plugs, put a little marvels in each cylinder before turning over by hand. Its turns freely with no plugs in and feels like it has good compression with the plugs in. The control box had a pile of sunflower seed hulls but no chewed wires and probably some dried urine. There were also two ice cube relays and a third single pole single throw relay along with a maze of wires connecting them ultimately to two wires which came out of the box. I figure they are for the fuel shut off valve. The centrifugal switch was adjusted closed, I set it to a 0.02 gap and verified that the points have the same gap. Something is stopping voltage going to the coil, unless I hold the single pole, single through relay closed by hand (this is with an empty relay connected to the two external wires, if I short those wires all the relays in the box close). I don’t think I tried starting it while holding the relay closed.
I did start the generator by jumping a hot wire to the coil and using a spray can of throttle body cleaner to run it for five or six seconds so I know it will start and run if I solve the power to the coil problem. I believe that putting the wiring back to the original configuration will either solve the problem or allow me to figure out what component was bypassed by the extra relays, if that is why they were in the box.
Any help/comments would be appreciated.

Thanks

Jeff

A picture of the inside of the box showing the relays would be a big help. We may be able to tell what is OEM and if something has been added.

Here is your build sheet and a copy of the wiring diagram. Hope its better.

By the way welcome to the Stak. Your Centrifugal switch should be I believe .020 .02 would be quite small. I assume you got the manuals?

This is the only picture I have on my phone, Since taking it I have moved the extra relays outside the box and cleaned the contacts on the s12 relay which you can see are dirty/urine covered on their exterior.

Sorry about the bad link for the pic. I will have to figure that out when I get home this afternoon. If you like I can e-mail it directly to you before then.

MBB, that is a much better image.

Thank you for both files.

Jeff

Gap should be .020 on both.

They are the same. He just left off the last zero. Common knowledge to a Machinist.

I agree some might know. But most would see .02 and try to set it at that. That is why we must post things that the common person can understand.
