John, look forward to seeing it run. Hope t is high and dry! Will yours run backwards like Mike's will? Lets have some fun but maybe not attract the attention of the local sheriff this year. with that rowdy bunch from Novice, tx there is no telling what might happen.

I had the privilege to meet John at the Portland, Indiana show this week. Got to see the 4HP Reid and really enjoyed seeing it run.
I visited with John for quite a while and want to thank him for taking time to visit with a total stranger.

Here's something you don't see very often.......a Reid yellow dog cast out of Silicon Bronze....
made two of these in years past for myself, a reid and a Bessemer.............Bessemer is gone Reid is only one left

working on the last of five engines I will build..........crank and bearings fit and mounted , Next is marrying governor to the bedplate.
