Default Jaeger engine

We found a Jauger 3 1/2 E for sale in CT. It was origonially set up for a cement mixer. I have been looking, but I cannot find much info on Jaeger (made by Hercules). Can anyone help? The s/n is 35035. What is it worth?

Sincerly,

SMK
