No camping is permitted in the show area. All camping is located in the club grounds across the street from the show grounds. Also, no vehicles are permitted in the show area. Exibits only. once you are there you will see that all the show ground space is needed for exibits. all exibitors camp free on the club grounds.

Can I have a 12'by12' canopy and a couple of chairs at my exhibit? What about security at night? One of the engines that I want to take is a Stewart Little Major, it only weighs 50lbs. and would be easy to walk off. Thanks again, Tony

Canopy and chairs are OK- I use and recommend them!! Small parts and engines can be taken back to your camp site- also recommended. See you there! Charlie

Everything above is correct. Do not plan on selling anything in your exhibitor space. Selling is allowd only in the swap meet area.

Take A vinyl tarp and some rubber straps and cover up at the end of the day. have fun, take shoes that are easy on your feet, boots if it rains, and a big hat if your hair is thin like mine.

dont worry so much about security with this crowd . Its the tourists and your spanners you might be watchful of .
