Ward Custom Apparel doesn't. but they do a lot of steam items. I talked to them awhile back and it sounds like they can do just about anything. Probably wouldn't hurt to ask them if you had something specific in mind. They were pretty reasonable too when I inquired a while back.

try https://imissthefarm.com/, Joe has an incredible selection of antique tractor and engine designs. I have bought from him before and his quality and service is first class. You can find him on ebay as well.

I second Ward Custom Apparel. Yes, they have lots of steam designs, but they are just as capable at doing the tractor. They do custom embroidery. Here are a couple examples.--no, I don't get a commission, but they do nice work and they customize. Several of us had our engine SN included.

Another her vote for Wards. Also Reinertson's custom embroidery. Both have excellent products. Their embroidered products are especially beautiful.

Here's the link to their site: https://wardca.com/collections/russell

They will even customize it with your engine/tractor SN or size.
